What Does Accepting These Terms Mean for You?
By accessing or using the San Ramon Roof Repair website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services. What Services Does San Ramon Roof Repair Provide?
We are a licensed San Ramon roofing contractor offering residential and commercial roof repair, replacement, installation, and inspection. Our work includes metal roofing, shingle roofing, and storm damage repairs. Every project follows California building codes and manufacturer specifications. We serve San Ramon, Danville, and surrounding Contra Costa County areas. Our crew uses OSHA-compliant safety practices on every job site.
How Do Estimates and Pricing Work?
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials selected, and site conditions. We provide itemized quotes that list labor, materials, permits, and disposal fees. If unexpected structural issues arise during work, we will notify you before proceeding with any additional charges. No work begins without your written approval.
What Is Our Warranty Policy?
San Ramon Roof Repair offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on all roof repairs and a 10-year workmanship warranty on full roof replacements. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary by product and are passed directly to you. Warranties cover defects in installation but do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery.
When Is Payment Due?
For projects under $5,000, payment is due upon completion. For larger projects, we require a 50% deposit before materials are ordered and the remaining 50% upon final inspection and completion. We accept checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments beyond 30 days from invoice date incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We will place a lien on your property if payment is not received within 90 days.
Can You Cancel a Project?
You may cancel a project within 3 business days of signing a contract for a full refund of any deposit paid, as required by California law. After 3 business days, cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs. If materials have already been ordered or delivered, you are responsible for the cost of those materials. All cancellations must be made in writing.
What Are Our Liability Limitations?
San Ramon Roof Repair's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or repair in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, including interior water damage, lost business revenue, or personal injury, unless caused by our gross negligence. We carry general liability insurance of $2 million and workers' compensation insurance as required by California law. Claims must be filed within 1 year of project completion.
Which Laws Govern These Terms?
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and San Ramon Roof Repair.
